This vibrant stir-fry combines tender chicken with colorful vegetables, all coated in a savory sauce for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (thinly sliced)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell peppers (a mix of colors)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets (small pieces)
  • 1 cup Carrots (julienned)
  • 1 cup Snow peas (fresh)

Sauces & seasonings

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (to drizzle)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (sliced thin)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)

Instructions 

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in soy sauce and honey; cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
