Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sauté onions, green peppers, and red peppers until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
Stir in chili spices, salt, and pepper; cook for 5-6 minutes until beef is fully cooked.
Add broth, beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and cubed squash; stir well.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 35-40 minutes until squash is tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
