Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Add ground turkey; cook until browned.

Add rice, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is cooked.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
