Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.
Whisk eggs, milk, oil, vanilla. Stir in apples.
Combine wet and dry; fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Add topping.
Bake 18-20 mins. Cool before serving.
