Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 7-inch springform pan with spray and parchment.
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add eggs and oil; stir until smooth. Fold in diced apples.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Meanwhile, warm milk, butter, and sugar; whisk until dissolved. Poke holes in the cake and pour the warm mixture over it.
Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
