Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

Noodles

  • 8 ounces egg noodles or other noodles of your choice

Vegetables

  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauces & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water for thickening

Seasoning

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch mixture; pour into the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
