Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails removed)

Oil

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Spices & Seasonings

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste salt

Vegetables & Slaw

  • 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup green cabbage (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup carrot (shredded)

Dressing & Sauces

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Additional

  • salt to taste salt

Instructions 

  • Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil and spices.
  • Cook shrimp in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  • Mix shredded cabbages and carrots; whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Toss slaw with dressing, then assemble wraps with shrimp and slaw in lettuce leaves.
  • Top with green onions or parsley, serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or parsley as garnish.
