your favorite chili toppings (sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, cilantro, corn chips...)
Instructions
Cook ground turkey in a skillet with olive oil until browned, then add diced onion, red pepper, garlic, and chili seasoning; cook for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer cooked mixture to a slow cooker, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chicken broth, and corn; stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Stir well before serving and top with your favorite chili toppings.
