2piecesboneless, skinless chicken breasts(about 1 lb / 450 g, pounded to even thickness)
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
Salt and freshly cracked black pepperto tasteSalt and pepper
½cupmayonnaise(or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1smallgarlic clove(minced)
4largeflour tortillas(10-inch / 25 cm, warmed)
2cupsfresh romaine lettuce(chopped)
½cupshredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Pound chicken to even thickness, brush with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make Caesar dressing.
Spread dressing on warm tortillas, add lettuce, sliced chicken, Parmesan, and optional veggies. Roll up tightly and slice diagonally.
