For the ranch dip

mayonnaise

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix flour, cornstarch, spices, salt, and pepper. Whisk in water until smooth.
Dip cauliflower in batter, place on baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Combine buffalo sauce with oil or butter. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce.
Return to oven for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk ingredients for ranch dip and chill.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
