Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken 4-5 mins per side until golden; set aside.
Cook rice in boiling chicken broth with salt for 15-18 mins.
Melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk and broth to make sauce; stir in cheeses and seasonings.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, simmer 10 mins until cooked through.
