fresh salmon fillets

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and flake into pieces.
Pour heavy cream into the skillet, add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stirring until smooth. Add salmon back to the sauce and heat through.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, garnish with chopped dill or parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
