1/2teaspoonDijon mustard

1cupheavy whipping cream
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts in half, season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
Add butter, then cook mushrooms with Italian seasoning until browned and water evaporates. Remove mushrooms and set aside.
Add garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to the pan. Stir and reduce by half, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in cream, add chicken and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
