Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
