Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice in chicken broth until tender, then fluff and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes, then cook shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until pink, about 4-6 minutes. Remove shrimp.
Add heavy cream to the skillet, simmer, then stir in remaining butter, Parmesan, and lemon juice until thickened. Return shrimp to coat with sauce.
Serve the shrimp over rice, garnish with parsley, and add lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
