Instructions
Cook rice and mix with herbs, salt, and olive oil; fluff with a fork.
Melt butter and sauté garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook until opaque.
Add remaining butter and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
Return shrimp to sauce, add lemon juice and herbs; serve over rice.
