A flavorful and creamy pasta dish featuring Cajun-seasoned salmon, fresh vegetables, and a rich sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Season salmon with Cajun spices and cook in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and Parmesan, then loosen with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, then combine with cooked pasta. Flake salmon into chunks and add to the skillet. Season and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
