Instructions
Season salmon with Cajun spices and cook in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and Parmesan, then loosen with reserved pasta water if needed.
Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, then combine with cooked pasta. Flake salmon into chunks and add to the skillet. Season and garnish with parsley.
