A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Meat

lean ground beef
Cream

cup
heavy cream
Garlic

garlic, minced
Onion

medium onion, diced
Cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning

Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, and gradually add reserved pasta water. Mix in Parmesan until melted.
Combine cooked pasta with sauce, toss gently, and serve hot with extra Parmesan or parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
