A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

penne pasta
Meat

lean ground beef
Cream

cup
heavy cream
Garlic and Onion

garlic, minced
1
medium
onion, diced
Cheese and Seasonings

grated Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve 1 cup of water.
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant (~5 min).
Add ground beef, cook until browned (~7 min), season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, add reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency, then mix in Parmesan until melted.
Combine pasta with sauce, toss gently, serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
