A deliciously creamy and spicy shrimp pasta dish with a flavorful Bang Bang sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 14 oz large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Dry Goods

  • 11 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

Seasonings & Sauces

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Oils & Aromatics

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Salt & Pepper

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
  • Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden, then set aside.
  • Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, reserve some water, then drain.
  • Sauté garlic in oil, toss in pasta, then add sauce and shrimp. Toss to combine.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
