Instructions
Season shrimp with salt and pepper, coat with cornstarch.
Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden, then set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
Cook pasta until al dente, reserve some water, then drain.
Sauté garlic in oil, toss in pasta, then add sauce and shrimp. Toss to combine.
