A delicious no-knead bread packed with dried cranberries and walnuts, perfect for a cozy breakfast or snack.

Instructions
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water; let sit 10 minutes until foamy.
Mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture, honey, cranberries, walnuts, and orange zest. Stir until combined; cover and rest 18 hours.
Turn dough onto floured surface, fold gently into a ball, and transfer to floured parchment. Rest 30 minutes.
Preheat oven with Dutch oven inside to 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes. Score the dough.
Transfer dough into hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 8-10 more minutes until golden.
Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy your homemade cranberry walnut bread!

Use a Dutch oven for best crust. Rest dough at room temperature for optimal rise.
