A nutritious and easy-to-make baked egg dish packed with cottage cheese, spinach, and Parmesan for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Whisk eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan, spinach, and onions until evenly mixed.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 3 days.
