Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Chop potatoes, bell pepper, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Toss vegetables and chicken with olive oil, salt, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Spread everything evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from oven, add cherry tomatoes, and serve hot.
