Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch pans.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in carrots and optional add-ins.
Divide batter into pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Make frosting by beating butter and cream cheese, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
