Instructions
Mix diced tomatoes, chopped basil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let sit 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces.
Brush bread slices with garlic-infused olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan, and bake for 5 minutes. Broil 1-2 minutes until golden.
Arrange toasts on a platter. Spoon tomato mixture onto each toast and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
