Delicious and nutritious cinnamon protein bars perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

oat flour

coconut flour
(can sub for more oat flour or almond flour)

vanilla protein powder

Cinnamon

sugar
(any granulated sweetener works)
Wet Ingredients

almond butter
(can sub for any nut butter)
½
cup
brown rice syrup
(or maple syrup)

vanilla extract

milk
(unsweetened almond milk used)

cinnamon

tablespoons
sugar
(any granulated sweetener works)
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat almond butter and syrup until melted, then add vanilla and combine with dry mixture.
Add milk gradually until a firm batter forms, then press into the dish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
