A quick and nutritious smoothie perfect for a energizing breakfast, combining oats, banana, and warm cinnamon flavors.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup old fashioned rolled oats (large flake oats)
  • 1 banana banana (sliced)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar (coconut sugar or honey)
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender: oats, banana, ice, milk, yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fully combined.
