Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup milk (of choice) ((240g))
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ((30g))
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt (or 1 banana) ((170g))
  • to taste sweetener sweetener (of choice)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter) ((optional) (30g))

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for the best taste.
