These delicious and protein-packed bites are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat. Made with rich dark chocolate, nut butters, and collagen protein, they are both satisfying and nutritious.

Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 2 ounces dark chocolate, 75% or greater (Chef Kenzie uses 90%)
  • cup cashew butter
  • cup hazelnut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops collagen protein powder (equivalent to 40 grams of protein)

Instructions 

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  • Mix melted chocolate with cashew butter, hazelnut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add protein powder and mix until fully incorporated; batter will be thick.
  • Divide mixture into silicone molds or scoop into balls; refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for best freshness.
