Ingredients
Chocolate
2ouncesdark chocolate, 75% or greater(Chef Kenzie uses 90%)
⅓cupcashew butter
⅓cuphazelnut butter
1tspvanilla extract
2scoopscollagen protein powder(equivalent to 40 grams of protein)
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
Mix melted chocolate with cashew butter, hazelnut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Add protein powder and mix until fully incorporated; batter will be thick.
Divide mixture into silicone molds or scoop into balls; refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
