These delicious and nutritious energy balls are perfect for a quick snack or a healthy treat, combining the rich flavors of chocolate and hazelnuts.
Ingredients
Hazelnuts

hazelnuts
(toasted and cooled)

Medjool dates
(soaked and pitted)

cacao powder
(unsweetened)

vanilla extract

water
(as needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Toast hazelnuts for 8-10 minutes, then cool and remove skins.
Add toasted hazelnuts, soaked dates, cacao powder, and vanilla to a food processor. Process until mixture is sticky, adding water as needed.
Use a tablespoon to roll mixture into balls or press into a pan for bars. Store in fridge or freezer.

Keep stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
