1cupshredded coconut
1cupraw almonds
20largemedjool dates, pitted
1/3cupcacao or cocoa powder
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/4tspsalt
1/2cupshredded coconut, to decorate(Optional)
Instructions
Add ingredients to a food processor and process until a sticky dough forms.
Use a cookie scoop to form 18 balls and roll with hands.
Optional: roll each ball in shredded coconut to decorate.
