These healthy and delicious cookies combine ripe bananas, oats, and chocolate chips for a quick treat that’s perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
Bananas

ripe bananas, mashed
(approx 3/4 cup mashed)
Nut Butters

almond butter
(can substitute peanut butter)
Sweeteners

maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
Combine oats, salt, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and walnuts in another bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until combined. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around edges.
Notes
For softer cookies, bake for the full 15 minutes.
