A moist and flavorful banana bread loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Dried ingredients

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sour milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 mashed bananas bananas (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.
  • Whisk eggs and sour milk until foamy. Mash bananas and add to mixture with salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, sugar, and oil; stir until blended.
  • Fold in ¾ cup of chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
