½cupgranulated sugar
½cupbrown sugar
½cupvegetable oil
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray.
Whisk eggs and sour milk until foamy. Mash bananas and add to mixture with salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, sugar, and oil; stir until blended.
Fold in ¾ cup of chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
