A delicious and nutritious chocolate chia pudding perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Packed with protein and healthy fats, it's easy to make and satisfying.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (24 g)
  • 1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder (30-40g)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (14 g)
  • 2 packets stevia or liquid stevia drops (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)

Instructions 

  • Add the milk to the blender, then add chia seeds and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste with stevia or maple syrup.
