A flavorful and healthy salmon wrap featuring smoky chipotle and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Sauce Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can salmon
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free cream cheese alternative (see notes in post above for options)
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce

Tortillas

  • 4 whole whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas

Lettuce/Cabbage

  • 4 leaves large lettuce or cabbage leaves (shredded)

Instructions 

  • Whisk lime juice, cilantro, bell pepper, onion, chipotle peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in salmon.
  • Mix cream cheese alternative with adobo sauce in a small bowl.
  • Spread cheese mixture on tortillas, add salmon, lettuce, then roll up burrito-style.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust spice level with chipotle peppers.
