A flavorful and easy ground beef recipe with smoky chipotle chili powder, perfect for tacos, burritos, or bowls.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ lime lime (juiced)

Instructions 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
  • Drain excess grease, reduce heat to low, and stir in tomato paste, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and oregano.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze lime juice over the meat.
  • Serve as taco filling, in burritos, or bowls.
