A flavorful and quick noodle bowl featuring spicy chili crisp, tender ground chicken, and creamy peanut sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Crisp (Momofuku)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Black Vinegar (or rice, balsamic, or malt vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (or sriracha, sambal oelek, or another chili sauce)
  • 6 blocks Rice Ramen (or your choice of noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter (or tahini)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1 each Lime (juice and zest) (Juice of 1 Lime + Zest)
  • 2 cups Reserved Water from the Noodles
  • to taste Scallions (thinly sliced)
  • to taste Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  • Boil water and cook ramen until just soft, reserving 2 cups of water.
  • Brown ground chicken in a skillet, then add the sauce mixture and simmer.
  • Mix peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, lime zest, and juice in a bowl.
  • Transfer noodles to the peanut sauce, stirring in reserved water to create a smooth sauce.
  • Assemble bowls with noodles and chicken, garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.

Notes

Adjust spice levels with extra chili crisp or chili garlic sauce as desired.
