Instructions
Boil water and cook ramen until just soft, reserving 2 cups of water.
Brown ground chicken in a skillet, then add the sauce mixture and simmer.
Mix peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, lime zest, and juice in a bowl.
Transfer noodles to the peanut sauce, stirring in reserved water to create a smooth sauce.
Assemble bowls with noodles and chicken, garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
