A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender chicken and fresh zucchini in a savory sauce.

boneless skinless chicken breast
(cut into 1-inch pieces)
Vegetables

zucchini
(sliced into half-moons)
Aromatics

garlic

fresh ginger

soy sauce

oyster sauce

Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, 5-6 minutes; set aside.
Add remaining oil, cook zucchini 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Stir in garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds.
Return chicken, pour sauce, toss 1-2 minutes until thickened. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
