Instructions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey; marinate chicken for at least 10 minutes.
Cook chicken in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Cook noodles according to package, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, onions, carrots, and broccoli in the same skillet until tender.
Return chicken to skillet, add noodles, and toss with sauce; cook 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
Notes
