Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables and ginger for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Mix soy sauce, broth, honey, vinegar, and cornstarch; add to skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat, and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ginger and garlic for best flavor. Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
