Instructions
Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
Cook chicken in hot oil until browned, then set aside.
Sauté garlic and ginger, then add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Return chicken to pan, add sauce, and cook until thickened. Serve hot.
