A creamy and flavorful Chicken Alfredo Pasta that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1.5 pounds)

heavy cream

fettuccine or your favorite pasta

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest and slice into strips.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and reserve ½ cup of water. Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat. Thin with reserved water if needed.
Plate the pasta, garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
