Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then transfer to the slow cooker.
Add bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, salsa, corn, taco seasoning, and water to the slow cooker. Stir well.
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, then stir in uncooked pasta, ensuring it's submerged. Cook on HIGH for 15-30 minutes until tender.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve with optional garnishes.
