Ingredients

Eggs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook until edges set.
  • Gently stir eggs until mostly cooked but still slightly runny.
  • Add cheese, fold in, and cook until cheese melts.
  • Serve immediately on a warm plate.
