Enjoy a delicious homemade gluten-free pizza with this easy-to-make dough recipe using Caputo gluten-free flour.
Ingredients

Caputo Gluten Free Flour

warm water
(around 40°C)

Instructions
Mix the sugar into warm water (~40°C) until dissolved, then add yeast and stir. Cover and let activate for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Combine gluten-free flour and salt in a large bowl. Pour in yeast mixture and add olive oil, stirring until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Turn dough onto floured surface, knead until smooth, then shape into a ball. Let it prove in a greased bowl, covered, for 1 hour until doubled.
Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan, gas mark 9). Divide dough into 2 or keep whole, then press onto baking paper into a thin circle.
Top with sauce and toppings, then bake for 15 minutes until crust is puffed and toppings are bubbling. Serve hot.
Notes
Using a pizza mesh helps achieve a crispy bottom crust.
