Ingredients

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to taste Pepper

Main Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 24 pieces Mini Mozzarella Cheese Balls
  • 24 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze

Instructions 

  • Season olive oil with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add mozzarella balls to the oil and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Thread a tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella onto mini skewers.
  • Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  • Optionally, drizzle seasoned olive oil over the tomatoes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the mozzarella overnight in the fridge.
