A flavorful and easy-to-make Cajun turkey wrap perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Tortillas

10-inch whole-grain flour tortillas

Yogurt Remoulade

Dry-Roasted Corn

Cajun Roasted Turkey Breast
(or low-sodium deli Cajun turkey breast)

green lettuce

red heirloom tomato

Instructions
Warm a tortilla to soften.
Spread 2 tbsp of yogurt remoulade on the tortilla.
Layer with 2 tbsp corn, 2 oz turkey, 1 leaf lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 2 tbsp onions.
Fold sides and roll up tightly. Cut in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the wrap before serving.
