Instructions
Dice onion, celery, and peppers; mince garlic; measure ingredients.
Brown ground beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
Add vegetables and garlic; sauté until softened. Stir in Cajun seasoning, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix in rice and beef broth; bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 18-20 minutes.
Rest for 5-10 minutes, then fluff rice and stir in fresh herbs. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
