Enjoy these crispy, spicy cauliflower wings coated in buffalo sauce, perfect as a vegan appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
Batter

superfine almond flour
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
((can sub any milk))

onion salt

tsp
paprika

tsp
garlic powder

Cauliflower
(about 1 medium cauliflower)
1/2
cup
buffalo sauce
(Tessamae's or Frank's)

Tbs
vegan butter
(can sub with ghee if not dairy-free for Whole30)
Instructions
Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and preheat oven to 450°F (230°C), line baking sheet with parchment.
Mix almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth to make batter.
Toss cauliflower in batter, then arrange on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Mix buffalo sauce with melted vegan butter, toss cauliflower in sauce, then bake for 10 more minutes until crispy.
