Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (Use rotisserie chicken for convenience or roast your own.)
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce (Store-bought or homemade works well.)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced (Sweet, sun-kissed tomatoes are preferred.)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (Can substitute with provolone or dairy-free versions.)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (Substitute with green onions if desired.)
  • 4 large tortilla wraps (Whole wheat or spinach wraps add nutrition.)

Instructions 

  • Spread pesto sauce evenly over each tortilla.
